Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

If  Tiffany Runge Glass must cancel a workshop for any reason, a full refund will be issued. In the event of inclement weather, classes may be moved to a new date/time where possible. A minimum number of participants are needed in order for a workshop to run.

If the participant must cancel their workshop registration for any reason, a full refund, less 25% of the workshop fee before taxes, will be issued.  Updated January 1, 2024.

Workshop Waiver

Please click here to download the 2024 Workshop Waiver. The signed Waiver is to be provided before the start of your workshop. Print the completed form, text a picture of it to 705-718-3362, or email it to glass@tiffanyrunge.com. The Waiver is good for all workshops attended in the calendar year.

Copyright Policy

I retain full copyright and reproduction rights on all the artwork, photography and products that I produce. The buyer may not in any way reproduce or represent the artwork or products without express written permission from Tiffany Runge Glass.

Shipping Costs

Delivery and/or shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork and destination and will be added at the checkout.

If you wish to make a purchase and you reside outside of Canada, please contact Tiffany Runge Glass directly and a shipping quote will be provided before you finalize your purchase.

I work from my studio in Ontario, Canada, and I am not responsible for any customs / duties / tariffs / import taxes that may apply on shipments for any artwork and products purchased internationally. Please bear this in mind if purchasing from outside Canada.

Purchased Goods Refund Policy

I take the utmost care in packaging your purchase so that it will arrive intact. However, Tiffany Runge Glass does not accept returns nor issue refunds for goods that arrive damaged. Glass is not insurable. Goods that arrived undamaged but you wish to return for other reasons, may be eligible for refund or exchange determined on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return, please fill out the Return Request Form below and include the reason for the return.

Return the undamaged goods in the original robust packaging if possible. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your purchase refund will be assessed when the return has been safely received.

In plain English: If you purchase a piece of art, the credit card processor will receive personal information as it is necessary to complete the transaction.

Certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them in order to use their services. For these third-party service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by such providers. In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law.

Non-personal information: In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns of the Service.

We implement reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices in order to protect your Personal Information and ensure that such Personal Information is not accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such precautions.
